Cesar

Expedition COORDINATOR & DIVE INSTRUCTOR

Born in Peru and raised between cultures, coastlines, and continents - Cesar is always ready for adventure.

A Marine Corps veteran and well rounded dive professional, Cesar was first introduced to scuba in 2002. Since then, he’s explored and guided divers from Okinawa to Hawaii and throughout the South Pacific, bringing a playful energy, calm confidence, and a “we’ll figure it out” attitude wherever he goes. The foundation of his professional dive career is built on safety, curiosity, patience, and serious respect for the places and cultures we get to experience.

His background makes him a master of expedition logistics. Military-level organization,  international dive experience, & the ability to stay cool when travel inevitably throws a curveball; That’s exactly who we want behind the scenes of an M2S trip. Well traveled & multi lingual, Cesar helps tackle ALL the moving pieces - from transportation and accommodations to dive operations, itineraries, and all those tiny details that turn a complicated adventure into a REAL good trip.

Whether he’s helping a diver build confidence underwater or helping get an entire crew halfway around the world, Cesar’s goal is the same: make the adventure feel a little easier, a lot more fun, and absolutely worth the journey.

Cesar is a UNC-CH grad who calls North Carolina home.
