BASIC MERMAID
Perfect for curious swimmers who want a quick taste of mermaiding!
This introductory course covers the basics of breath control, safety, monofin technique, and underwater movement. You’ll get comfortable in your tail and experience the magic of mermaiding in a safe, supportive setting — no dive experience required. This is for folks that aren’t SURE they want to get certified … If you know you’re ready - You can go straight to Mermaid.

MERMAID
Ready to go deeper? This course builds on the basics and takes you into open water for your first real mermaid dives. We’ll focus on dynamic swimming skills, safe breath-holding, underwater posing, and situational awareness — all while exploring beautiful freshwater or spring environments.
