IS THIS TRIP FOR YOU?

This trip is for divers who like a little edge to their adventure. The North Carolina coast isn’t the Caribbean — and that’s exactly the point. These offshore dives are dynamic, exciting, and full of life, with a very different feel than warm, easy reef cruising.

Expect deeper ocean dives with variable conditions. Water temps typically sit in the mid-70s, and those cooler currents are what bring in the schooling fish, sand tiger sharks, and abundant marine life this area is known for. These are dives that feel earned — and wildly rewarding.

Because of the depth and offshore environment, Advanced Open Water and NITROX certifications are required, along with a good level of confidence in the water. If you’re comfortable, capable, and excited by real ocean conditions, you’ll thrive here.

Not there yet? We’ve got you. We’re happy to train with you and offer Advanced Open Water and NITROX courses to get you dialed and ready for this epic coastal adventure.

JUNE 13th & 14th ~ JULY 11th & 12th

AUGUST 1 & 2

We recommend arriving in the area the day before the trip, as we’ll be on the boat early to take advantage of the best offshore conditions. We also suggest staying the night after our second day of diving so no one is driving tired — but ultimately, that choice is up to you.
