Raised diving the rugged coastlines of South Africa — from cold, powerful seas to great white territory — and seasoned further in California’s kelp forests, Mark brings real-world experience that can’t be taught in a classroom.

He holds instructor-level ratings across multiple training agencies and continues to advance his education through PADI, staying current, sharp, and aligned with the highest standards in the industry. His approach to diving is disciplined, safety-forward, and grounded in deep respect for the environments we move through.

Beyond the water, Mark is a strategic operator and natural leader. He thrives at the intersection of logistics, systems, staff mentorship, and safety oversight — bringing clarity, structure, and calm to complex operations. He’s as capable behind the scenes as he is in the water, helping M2S strengthen programs and level up as we grow.
